1. About Outpost
Outpost is provided by TARSYN CONSULTANCY, United Arab Emirates. These terms describe the conditions for using Outpost's website and any publishing features made available to you. Contact: info@tarsyn.com.
2. Authorized use
Use Outpost only if you have authority to act for the organization and social accounts you connect. Keep your login and API credentials confidential. You are responsible for instructions submitted through your authorized access and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
3. Your content and publishing instructions
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to store, process, transfer, and publish content as necessary to carry out the instructions you give through Outpost. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all videos, images, music, captions, and other material you submit. Review account selection, content, timing, visibility, and platform settings before authorizing publication.
4. Platform rules
Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms and policies, including TikTok's terms, community rules, music requirements, and commercial-content disclosures when applicable. Connecting an account does not guarantee that a platform will approve an app, accept a post, or make it publicly visible. Do not use Outpost for unlawful content, infringement, deceptive activity, unsolicited spam, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
5. Availability and development
Outpost is in development. Features may be unavailable, changed, or interrupted. Publication timing and results depend on third-party systems and permissions. Check publication status and keep your own copies of content. Cancelling a queued job may not remove content already sent to a platform; review or remove published content in that platform where needed.
6. Suspension and stopping use
We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security incidents, or platform requirements. You can stop using Outpost, revoke access in the connected platform's settings, and contact us to request removal of stored data. Revoking access does not automatically delete content already published on third-party platforms.
7. Privacy and applicable rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
